AMBERION is an engineering-led MEP contracting company, strengthened by in-house design, digital coordination and sustainability expertise.
Better contracting starts with better understanding, and better design starts with knowing how it will be built.
Across years of working with developers, our founders saw the same challenges recur: programme delays, variations during execution, fragmented coordination on site and too little ownership of the result. AMBERION brings engineering depth, procurement discipline and execution ownership together under one organisation to answer them.

AMBERION is led by experienced MEP professionals and supported by a new generation of engineers, combining practical project experience with contemporary engineering, digital coordination, sustainability and execution practice.
Managing Director & Co-Founder

Pradeep brings over 20 years of experience across MEP design and delivery in Dubai, Mumbai and Bengaluru, spanning HVAC, public health engineering, electrical systems, fire alarm and fire protection.
Following experience on developments in Dubai, he spent nearly 14 years with Lodha Group, most recently as Deputy Vice President – MEP Design. His experience includes complex residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments, alongside leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams and professional relationships with consultants and vendors.
Director – Projects & Co-Founder
Project Execution · Procurement · Commissioning
Theju brings over a decade of experience in HVAC design validation, procurement, commercial negotiations and commissioning, with a focus on contractor-side project execution.
Before joining AMBERION, he held project roles at Micron Electricals and VK Building Services. His experience includes hospitality, commercial developments and technology campuses, with responsibilities spanning subcontractor management, procurement coordination and site delivery.
Together, the founders bring engineering-led MEP contracting with integrated design, disciplined procurement and accountable execution. Projects they worked on in earlier roles are listed under Leadership Experience; they are not projects delivered by AMBERION.
