Engineers

Qualification
Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience
2–3 years in MEP construction

What you will do

  • Plan and supervise MEP installation on site to approved drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with consultants, other trades and the site team
  • Check materials, quantities and measurements; support billing
  • Prepare progress reports and support testing, commissioning and handover

Design Coordinator

Qualification
Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience
3–5 years in MEP design coordination
Software
AutoCAD
  • MEP drawings
  • Submittals

What you will do

  • Coordinate with consultants, the client and the site team on drawings
  • Prepare and track drawing and material submittals through to approval
  • Prepare shop drawings with the support of the drafting team
  • Keep drawing registers and revisions up to date for the site

Qualification

10–12 years in MEP site work

What you will do

  • Lead and organise trade teams day to day on site
  • Ensure installation follows drawings, method statements and quality standards
  • Enforce site safety and housekeeping
  • Track daily progress, materials and manpower and report to the site engineer

What you will do

  • Install, fix and finish work in your trade to drawings and standards
  • Read drawings and follow the supervisor's instructions
  • Support testing, flushing and commissioning
  • Work safely and keep the work area tidy
